How long is the drive from Sydney?

Unless you are travelling in the weekday afternoon traffic, most people say it takes about 2 hours from where the expressway starts at Wahroonga. But is is best to allow 3 hours from most parts of Sydney and have a coffee break on the way.

What time of year is best for holidaying at the bush retreat?

There is no “best” time of year for holidaying at the bush retreat, it is a great getaway anytime of the year. In the colder parts of the year, you can snuggle up by the combustion fire and enjoy romantic evenings or family activity nights. During the warmer parts of the year, you can go out and about and enjoy the resort pool and the lagoon, for a more bracing swim. You can enjoy nature all year round with the surrounding rainforests and bushwalking trails.
